  • Technical engineer with qualification to install, configure and operate Vedicis solution
  • Technical expert with qualification for full Vedicis project management, operation and first level of support
  • Solution administrator with qualification to deploy, operate and ensure first level of support of the Vedicis solution.

 

Support and Maintenance

Vedicis solutions are designed, deployed, operated and supported to deliver carrier grade applications.
Our support plans are tuned to customer requirements and Vedicis has gathered a technical support team to provide a full set of maintenance and support services from pro-active measures to reactive corrective actions that are tailored to customer project, implementation and operation.

Our technical support team focuses on problem solving through various tools and communication channels. Vedicis support plan (Support & Maintenance Service contract aka S&MS) includes:

  • Access to online help and resources
  • Software updates and licensing download
  • Remote measurement and problem resolution
  • Technical recommendations and engineering guidance
  • Escalation management
