Théodore Martin Martin, CEO

Théodore was previously Netcentrex CEO. Under his leadership, Netcentrex had a strong profitable growth. He developed Netcentrex into a leading provider of solutions for CTI, IP telephony, and interactive voice response through investments and acquisitions of technology, and the creation of strong customer relationships. He drove the M& A of Netcentrex by Comverse in 2007. Théodore founded MG2 Technologies and led the company for 12 years before merging it with Netcentrex.
Théodore holds an engineering degree from ENSIMAG.

Arnaud Gardin, VP, Marketing & Partnerships

Arnaud held various marketing management positions at HP. He co-founded Entelience in 2003. Lastly at NEC, he successfully promoted IT solutions as head of marketing and business development for EMEA (hosted desktop virtualization, business continuity...).
Arnaud has graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Nantes and has received a management degree from the Ecole de Management de Lyon.

Olivier Hersent, Technology Advisor

Olivier is a recognised telecom and technology expert. He was Netcentrex founder and CTO, and became Comverse CTO after Netcentrex acquisition. He lastly provides consultancy on VoIP systems, Value Added Services for mobile networks, and back-end systems for telecommunication services, activation, provisioning, rating and charging. 
He is the author of several books about VoIP and IP telephony.
Olivier has graduated from Ecole nationale supérieure des Télécommunications in Paris and Ecole polytechnique.
